The service
Opscoda receives customer enquiries, organises work and prepares AI-assisted reply drafts using business-provided knowledge. Features, limits and availability may change during private beta.
Owner responsibility
The workspace owner is responsible for the accuracy of business information, lawful collection of customer data, connected channel permissions and every message they approve. AI drafts must be reviewed before use.
Safety and prohibited use
You must not use Opscoda for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or dangerous activity. The service must not be treated as emergency dispatch, professional legal advice or a guarantee of appointments, prices or engineer availability.
Accounts and security
Keep login details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Access may be suspended to protect customers, other businesses or the platform.
Billing
Private beta and test-mode billing do not authorise live charges. Commercial plans, renewals, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before live billing is enabled.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Businesses should maintain a reasonable fallback for urgent enquiries. Liability is subject to applicable law and any signed commercial agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to paying customers.
